ABOUT ME
Ogochukwu Obiagwu is a CPA with a background in public accounting (ex Big 4), with 3+ years experience in IT audit, SOX risk compliance, and financial statement auditing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), specializing in accounting at The Ohio State University. On a mission to creating belonging at 12 yo, she founded ByOgochukwu, a brand dedicated to “Expressing cultural pride through fashion.” She later created "Secure That Bag", a peer to peer student career / scholarship consulting service and career blog page, sharing her journey to the CPA. Ogo has a proven history of using what she learns to uplift, empower, and make an impact on others.

Now in 2025, her core values are stronger than ever: Curiosity, creativity, collaboration, community, and culture. As the Founder of Cheta Igbo, a children's edutainment brand, Ogo is on a mission to connect children to the Igbo language and culture through play-based learning. When she's not busy making spreadsheets for everything, she's finding innovative ways to blend finance, edtech, and SEL to preserve cultural identity in early childhood development.
